Problem
Having large amounts of data and having meaningful data are two co-dependent concept with many aspects in between that should be covered before insights can be gained. the Best Access Doors operations are distributed, among others, between 3 SaaS platforms: Hubspot, Zoho and Koncert, so the proper planning of the ETL process is vital to ensure the integrity of the insights (what is a conversion for each platform? which one fits better with the needs of the Growth department? which one is more accurate in update time and relevance matters? and more), once the data obtaning part is done, is a key step having a fast, easy-going and reliable platform for reporting so the members of the staff can integrate and operate it on their daily basis routine
Solution
Using well studied and selected tools (Python Scripting, SQL scripting and Power BI) were developed and deployed reporting solutions that allows: Obtain the Ideal Customer Match so strategies and prospecting can be done based on who their customers really are, recognize which kind of lead profiles are working better for each SDR and assign more of them to those representatives who ideally fits, monitoring the SDRs performance on KPIs that matter and giving tools to improve their rates on them such as real causes for an possible SQL rejection or best performing hours to call, giving information about why some contact attempts with leads doesn’t work and is not SDR responsibility, total and accurate revenue generated due to SDR actions and more.
